Paediatric atopic dermatitis is a common chronic skin condition in children that results in dry, itchy skin. It was a pleasure to talk with Dr. Laura Carucci (University of Naples Federico II. Naples, Italy) to discuss the health burden of paediatric atopic dermatitis, the unmet needs in treatment and the potential of probiotic treatment.
