Paediatric atopic dermatitis is a common chronic skin condition in children that results in dry, itchy skin. It was a pleasure to talk with Dr. Laura Carucci (University of Naples Federico II. Naples, Italy) to discuss the aims, outcome measures and findings from the ProPAD study, investigating L.rhamnosus GG in paediatric atopic dermatitis.
